Self-Enroll in Internet Banking

Click here to be directed to the self-enrollement link or click the link at www.phenix-girard.com. You will be directed to this site

Enter all of these field, exactly as your account was setup at the Bank

If the information your entered matches the Bank’s info, you will be directed to this page.

Enter your username and security code
1.  Enter the Username you wish to use for Internet Banking
2.  Enter the Security Code you wish to use for Internet Banking
3.  Click “FINISH”

Request Completed, please allow the Bank 2 business days to approve your request

Check your email for a message for a message with the subject of “Digital Banking Setup”.  It may be in your spam folder

  1. Click where indicated or
  2. Paste this link in your browser

Check your email and then follow the invite link embedded to get your digital banking login

  1. Enter your security code you previously entered
  2. Click “CONTINUE”

Type in a new password.  It must be eight character or more in length and contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special symbol.

Retype your password to confirm

Click to select your security questions and answers

Click to select one of three security questions for updating

 

Once you have enter all of your questions and answers, click “UPDATE”

The following functions are available

  1. Select this option to view all of your accounts
  2. Use this to pay bills using Phenix-Girard’s Bill Pay Service or (if authorized) transfer money between accounts at different banks
  3. If you are using our Mobile Banking App, you can select this option to remotely deposit your check if your account is authorized to do so
  4. Helps you find Phenix-Girard Branches and ATMs
  5. Send and read messages to or from Phenix-Girard
  6. Setup and manage alerts
  7. See available financial reports
  8. View and retrieve bank statements
  9. Log Out of Phenix-Girard Internet Banking
