Report a Lost or Stolen Debit or ATM Card

Call us at (855)-757-8318 24 hours a day, you may also call the Bank at (334)-298-0691 during normal business hours or login in to Internet Bankingand follow the steps below.

1. Login to Phenix-Girard Internet or Mobile Banking

2. Click on “Manage Cards”

1. Click the “ON” Button to turn your card off

2. A new popup window will appear, click on the red “TURN OFF” button

3. Call the above numbers at your earliest convenience to report it as lost or stolen

Stop by any of our locations for a debit card dispute form. You may fax it back to 334-298-0998 or drop it off at any teller window.  If you drop it off at a branch, please let the teller know that this is a debit card dispute so that it will be routed to the correct individual.
